About Me:: I grew up here and I just keep coming back. After grappling with concerns that I return b/c I can't hack it elsewhere I finally realized I just downright love this place! Nowhere else in the world moves me the same way. A walk on North Beach at sunset, a conversation with passionate people at the Farmer's Market, African dance at the rec center, trips to the Olympic Hotsprings, Gibbs Lake, surfing on the coast- the list is long enough to circumnavigate this whole amazing peninsula.

So why fight it? As soon as I embraced it I was able to see just how much potential there really is here. And I'm talking potential among my creative, culturally hip, world savvy, engaging, under-appreciated young adult peers. Damn! We have a powerful presence here, or we could. It's time to get something started! Wake this town and county up! Move it, revive it, jump start it, get it into the 21st socially conscious, sustainable century!

The art I'm still working on, but it got kind of bumped due to the many activities surrounding the Recyclery that day. All day garage sale, let people know if they want to donate stuff...music in the courtyard from 5-8pm, and then a house dance-party. A busy and fun line-up.. Hope to see you then!
