I thought you were in AK with Kai on the boat? You in PT?
Thanks for sending me a hello, it is so nice to hear back from friends when we are away. I miss you and the PT vibe a lot. How will it be on the boat this summer? Do you feel comfortable working with Kelly and Tom? Have you heard back from the research boat?
When will you be back in PT?
I'll be bouncing between Bend and AK this summer, so maybe I'll see you if time allows.

sorry I missed the going away party...we were waylaid by a minor emergency involving a flooded bilge and a failed bilge pump. How's the life of a fisherperson? Are you surrounded by bubble netting humpbacks and brown bears foraging in the intertidal zone?
Are you blown away by alpineglow on the mountains in the middle of the night? Solstice is my favorite time to be in SE...give it my love...and take lots of pictures!
